Circus Bakery

Tucked in a small, stone space in the Quartier Latin, Circus opened in Oct 2018 & has quickly gained a reputation as one of the best bakeries in Paris. And for good reason! Their organic sourdough cinnamon bun is dé-li-cieux! At 6€, it’s a bit pricey, but worth it. They also bake up other (cheaper) sourdough breakfast breads & rolls, apple pies & tartes, as well as sandwiches for lunch & pizzas Thurs – Sun from 5-8pm. There’s not really any seating inside, so you’ll have to get your treat to go!
