This is not your typical Italian trattoria, in fact, best not even call it Italian – it’s Neapolitan! This super instagrammable street food spot serves up delicious sides and speckled pizzas made with ingredients brought in fresh from Naples. Why speckled you ask? Well, following the Neapolitan tradition, their pizza’s puffy crust gets dark spots on it. Hence the name Dalmata – ‘Dalmatian’ in Italian. The whole restaurant plays off this Dalmatian theme, with lunch and dinner services each limited to 101 pizzas. So you’d better get there fast!
