Institut Giacometti
Opened in June 2018, this small museum is dedicated to the work of Alberto Giacometti – creator of one of the most iconic sculptures in the history of art: Walking Man. Set up as a reconstitution of the artist’s studio, it feels like he could enter the room at any moment and get to work on one of the 70 sculptures crowding the space. The collection includes some 350 sculptures, 90 paintings, and more than 5,000 drawings, lithographs, and notebooks by the Swiss artist. Entry is 8.50€ for adults.
