L’Eclair de Génie

L’Éclair de Génie is the king of eclairs with its exciting play of ingredients and artistic design. The famous pastry shop has several locations throughout Paris (and beyond) and boasts over 200 different flavors of eclairs. If you’re not sure where to start, a few of my favorites include the ‘caramel beurre salé’ with mascarpone cream filling, the ‘rose litchi’ with rose cream and lychee, and the citron yuzu meringue. The selection changes throughout the year according to which fruits are in season, so you can keep going back to find new flavors.
