Metropolitain is one of our favorite bistrot hangouts, serving authentic & unpretentious bistrot food in a conveniently central location. Chef Paul-Arthur Berlan orchestrates a traditional bistrot cuisine with a personal touch. The menu changes according to what’s in season, but there are some classic dishes you’ll find every time like poached eggs, pigeon, pluma Iberique, & a delicious crusted monkfish. Their wine menu is also great, with a good selection of organic wines. Reasonably priced given the quality of their products & the level of their cuisine, expect 40-50€ for a meal.
