This classic French spot may be one of the loveliest art deco brasseries in all of Paris. Since the 19th century, the Vaudeville has been serving good, hearty meals in a perfectly Parisian setting. Staples include eggs Benedict with salmon, a croque-monsieur with fries, and a beef fillet with Béarnaise sauce, but its vast offering of seafood makes it really stand out, particularly the « happy oyster » afterwork offer. With a champagne bar, a long list of wines and spirits to choose from, and reportedly the best Irish coffee in Paris, you won’t go thirsty either!
